• Affiliate/Member: A $10.99 monthly membership fee is required to become an affiliate.
• Retail Commissions: FAMMODE.NET offers its affiliates Personal Development Information packages to sell at retail prices. The member downloads the information onto a drive or sends the information via email to customers. The member sets the retail price and can earn 100% of the sale of the information package.

• Commission: FAMMODE.NET earns a commission on the monthly membership fees charged to its affiliates. The commissions are effective on the date that the Monthly Membership Fees are posted and may be amended from time to time. Commissions will be charged at the then-current rate.

• Refunds: FAMMODE.NET offers a three (3) day money-back guarantee. The money-back-guarantee DOES NOT include the AUTHORIZE.NET payment gateway fees. 

7. Payment Service Provider

AUTHORIZE.NET provides credit card payment processing services for the affiliates/Members on the FAMMODE.NET website. They are subject to the AUTHORIZE.NET Connected Account Agreement, which includes the AUTHORIZE.NET Terms of Service (collectively known as the “AUTHORIZE.NET Services Agreement”). As a Sponsor/Member, you consent to be bound by the AUTHORIZE.NET Services Agreement, which AUTHORIZE.NET may adjust occasionally. 

8. Affiliate/Membership Fees, Pricing, and Taxes  

The initial Membership fee is $10.99 per month. The following are the AUTHORIZE.NET FEES:

• AUTHORIZE.NET (the bank card processor) charges a 2.9% + $0.30 transaction expense per exchange. In addition, there may be an extra wire exchange charge, contingent upon your cash and ledger area. Please note that AUTHORIZE.NET treats charge cards as indistinguishable from Visas; therefore, similar expenses apply. 
• FAMMODE.NET reports all earnings and will request the Affiliate/Member’s Tax Identification Number (TIN) OR Social Security Number. In addition, FAMMODE.NET reports all taxable income to the relevant authorities.

9. Third-Party Links

Third parties can link to stories on the FAMMODE.NET website, provided they use the URL and quote the headline and source. 

A third party must ensure that nothing on its website suggests or could be understood to imply that any part of the FAMMODE.NET website is part of its website unless the third party has obtained the prior written approval of FAMMODE.NET.
